YMF700 GRIZZLY HIGH-FLOW REPLACEMENT FILTER

K&N Engineering has released a new high-flow replacement filter for all 2007-2008 Yamaha YFM700 Grizzly ATVs, informed Powersports Brand Manager Johnny Jump. “K&N delivers the same high-flow technology in every filter we manufacture,” said Jump, who continued by saying the filter is designed specifically to fit into the OE air box assembly and will provide increased airflow, resulting in more horsepower and torque. The pleated media is said to provide a large filtration area to offer longer service intervals and the high-quality urethane molded frame reportedly ensures high-quality and precise attention to detail. “Fuel management modifications are not necessary to obtain increased performance,” Jump added, and all K&N high-flow filters are washable and reusable.

“Recently introduced, Wiseco now has a piston for the 2004-2007 Yamaha 660 Rhino,” informed Marketing Coordinator Laura Johnson, who added, “This stock 9.9:1 compression piston is skirt coated for reduced friction and quieter operation.” The dome design is said to offer improved flame travel and it comes with dedicated rings for maximum compression and oil control. It is available in 100 mm to 102 mm bore sizes and will fit the Yamaha 660 Raptor 2001-2005 and Grizzly 2002-2008 models as well, Johnson explained. She added, “These applications are available in top end rebuild kits retailing from $234.31 that include piston, rings, pin, circlip and complete top end gasket kit.”
