LOCK YOUR BIKE WITH LUMA

CIMA International announces their new innovative foot-peg/disc lock from the Spanish manufacturer Luma. These locks reportedly range from the small disk lock to the large chain lock and are all the same but the adaptors are brand/model specific. They said adaptors can be ordered as needed. Reportedly, not all brands of motorcycles can be equipped at this time. These Luma Locks use the XMART and acts as a footrest that is also a lock, according to CIMA. “As a footrest it works and folds safely and easily connects to the motorcycle. CLC PIT CREW EINGINEERS GOODYEAR GLOVES

Goodyear and CLC Pit Crew said they have entered into a licensing agreement to design and market Goodyear Gloves, a comprehensive collection of high dexterity work gloves. These gloves reportedly feature distinctive gel-rubber fingertips and designs to improve grip and durability. The Goodyear Glove line is also said to have “shure-grip” palms and fingers for padding and added durability. Using pieces of synthetic leather and stretch spandex, they are reportedly designed to be durable, comfortable, breathable and washable with double-stitching at key stress points for long wear. RIDE YOUR ROAD KING NAKED

Road King riders can now reportedly ride naked by removing the saddlebags and windshield using a pair of CitySlicker Bag Eliminator panels. The panels are made from the same materials as the bags and are easy to mount, according to CitySlicker. The system is said to use quick-release brackets to change from panels to bags and the system comes unpainted and fits 1997 to 2005 touring models, according to CitySlicker.


GO TRIBAL WITH NEW RISERS

Accutronix introduces 6 inch Tribal risers with 3 1/2 inch pullback. Machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, Accutronix states the new Tribal risers use hidden pinch bolts for a new smooth look. The risers are said to compliment the Tribal line of forward controls, pegs, grips and triple trees and are available in polished, chrome and black powder coat, according to the company. AVALON TRIOLOGY: PARTS II & III

Mean Street Products has introduced two new versions of their Avalon billet forks. The newer models, Avalon II and Avalon III, reportedly offer different lower leg treatments for more variety. Cyril Huze offers his vision of stylish fluid lines with new Ellipse hand and foot controls. Hand controls are said to be available with cable or hydraulic clutch master cylinder, and optional two or three button switch housing for each side. Huze said matching foot controls include adjustable shifter rod, with choice of 1 or 3 inch extended levers in chrome or black anodized finish. BOLT ON FAT

Want to fatten up your softail? Doherty Machine released a new version of the FAT 200 conversion kit for 1987 to present softails. SPOON WITH A CURVED BACKBONE

Precious Metal Customs offers a new version of their Spoon Style Rigid Frame with a curved backbone and downtube. Frames are available in -2, 2 or 6 inch rises with neck angles ranging from 40-46 degrees, according to Precious Metal Customs. The frames are said to have a low 18 inch seat height, can accommodate a 300 rear tire and capable of using a Dyna right-side drive transmission. The 4130 chromoly composition is pre-drilled for wiring, completely TIG welded and able to mount a solid drivetrain in the center of the chassis, according to PMC. REDUCE CLUTCH LEVER PRESSURE

Make time in the saddle more enjoyable by reportedly reducing clutch lever pressure with Clutch Assist by Amp Research. The system is said to use the same principle as the early Harley “mousetrap” mechanism and can reduce pull by as much as 50 percent without altering cable travel, according to Amp Research. The system attaches using the factory mirror stem or the through bolt, and come in either chrome or black powder coat, according to Amp Research.
